If you sign up for our waitlist, we collect your email address, role selection (student or client), and optional details such as your name, school, phone number, and service interests. We use this information to notify you when JoeHustle launches and, if you opt in, to send product updates.

If you opt in to SMS updates and provide your phone number, we may send occasional text messages about launch status and early access. You can opt out of emails or SMS at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link provided. We do not sell your waitlist information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., email delivery, hosting), subject to confidentiality obligations.

We may collect device and usage data (e.g., IP address, user-agent, UTM parameters) for security, fraud and abuse prevention, and analytics. We do not use this metadata to contact you.

To verify student status, we require a valid .edu email address. This information is used solely for verification purposes and to maintain the integrity of our student marketplace.
