Terms of Service

By accessing and using JoeHustle, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

To use JoeHustle as a service provider, you must be a currently enrolled student at James Madison University with a valid .edu email address. Clients may be students, faculty, staff, or community members.

Service providers agree to provide services as described, maintain professional conduct, respond to inquiries promptly, and comply with all applicable laws and university policies.

JoeHustle charges a platform fee of 5% on all transactions. A portion of platform fees supports JMU College of Business programs. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee at the service provider's discretion.
